Ok, gang, I am feeling like I am back on the pony (*cough* Gemme).

Three days in a row. Today, according to above plan I only had to do weights today. I decided to do 45min of cardio, too. It feels good to see it as more of an "add on", so that I wouldn't feel crappy if I didn't do it. Hell, whatever works, right?
