I kept it light, light, light tonight. 35 minutes of nothing but walking and nothing over 2.7 mph. I gave myself a few minutes of .5 and 1.0 incline but nothing crazy.
Now my stupid arch on my left foot is hurting.
I seriously can't win lately.
