I have flat feet, caused by a combination of too much weight, injuries, and other injuries. And, I have chronic lower back pain. I feel exponentially better every day that I work out, though I am sore as hell right now, and some of my muscles are very tired.
What was my point? I have flat feet, and I tried the Dr Scholl's arch supports, and they didn't fit in my shoes with my feet. I sent them back, and I got my money back right away.
I did stretch and power this morning, and I can't believe I'm going to say this, but it's time to add a little weight to the bar. I am thinking about spreading some mulch in my small garden, but it is grotesquely hot here.
