my sleeping hours are so ass backwards . im waking around 5 pm and going to sleep around 6 to 7 am. this caused me to miss a doctors appointment . this could cause me to not get my medication that I must have. so I am staying up today and gonna try and break this dreadful sleeping pattern I have. I sure hope something can be worked out or I will have affected my health in such a negative way . please God help me to get a better sleeping pattern.
