Cool US mail service is getting pretty sucky.

My ATC cards were returned too.
Alrighty then, Lemme tell ya what happened with my ATC cards..first time around.
I finished mine, got them in the mail early, and ~ ~ ~ they came back. Not enough postage. NOW, I had taken them to the counter, and personally mailed them after the counter person put the postage on them. (at a USPS contract carrrier's. Mail Bixes, etc.)..week later, there they were. Postage Due..so , I went to the MAIN USPS post office, and was told that not everyone understands the International mail rates , I paid about a dollar and a half more, and laruss got them. ...

So, next time to Canada, I am going to slather the envelope with good old stamps and send it off...
