1. My luck and the opportunities I've had because of it
2. My job and the folks I work with
3. That over the last few years, genuinely good and (mostly) kind people have been finding their ways into my life. I have good friends, and I have had good relationships with good people.
4. The ability to start over and re-invent myself every time my long-term plans fall through, new beginnings
5. The fact that as I learn more about myself and deal with crap from my past, I am starting to recognize when something is unhealthy. I'm realizing when I'm letting myself be manipulated, when I'm being self-destructive, and when other people are trying to control me.
