A ton of walking on the dreadmill, mostly at max incline, 3.5 miles per hour, during my lunch & break, then around the call center "track" (my supervisor figured out today that 6 laps around our quad equals .25 miles)....I also did leg stuff (leg press & calf raises).
I love how my legs feel so powerful after working hard on them, but I could do without the tired feet.
