Did a 30 minute Jillian Michaels' Ab DVD <--wtf. planks? burpies? really?! my core and upper body strength is crap. I had to majorly modify some moves as well as sit and catch my breath at various points as these physical fitness maniacs carried on!
After that torture, went on the treadmill for 25 at a brisk pace but nothing crazy (3.3 was highest I think).
