Things are moving along. Saturday I actually did 70 minutes of cardio. After 40 minutes on the eliptical with the wrong shoes, I had to get off because my feet were hurting so bad. I changed to a recumbent bike and did another 30 minutes. It felt good.
About to hit eliptical now for my usual 45 minutes. I always do random or strength building mode. I do random when I am at the gym and strength building when on home machine.
