Last night, we hit the gym again -- I did the bike for 30 minutes, RPM average 78-98, skilled level of 7, and went about 5.4 miles. Talk about sweat.
My wife, she did the treadmill and said she was a bit disappointed that it didn't raise her past a 3.5 incline.
Afterwards, we hit a few weights-- arms mostly. Legs tonight, after our cardio workout.
