A little bit of this, a little bit of that tossed into a skillet and wala!

Basically, garden pasta with shaved beef, button mushrooms and Newman's Own Sockarooni pasta sauce simmered together in a skillet. It was my first time trying that sauce and it's really not bad. I love the chunks of tomato and pepper in it.

So, I had skillet pasta and sauce with a side salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, a dusting of shredded cheese and a Greek dressing.

Oh and a tiny can of root beer.
