I received this from a dear friend on here and thought I would pass it on. Maybe it can help another like she hopes it helps me. It is a Hawaiian prayer.
I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you.
With instructions to repeat it until I can say it without anger or attitude. So for those that need it and for myself I light a candle with this simple prayer and instructions to go with it.
