I used my slow cooker too!
I threw in a package of pork chops with chicken broth, tomato paste, and garlic at about 6:30 am, and by the time we ate, the meat was tender and delicious. I also made mashed cauliflower, which was very yummy but doesn't taste anything like mashed potatoes.
We ended up with two dinners and four lunches, which was very good news since I went back to work this week and I'm over the top exhausted.
