This last two weeks I came to realize something that made me..happy.

My grandmother had a daughter and four sons.
My mother had a daughter and four sons.
I have a daughter and four sons.

Of course, biologically I have one son and one daughter, but I have three other boys between an exgf and my wife that mean the world to me. Children are the most precious thing in the world and nothing will ever change that. I never wanted to raise any more children, and definitely never planned on going through it all again, but if I have any regrets, it's that I didn't have more time with any of my children. There's nothing like taking the boys in for haircuts or comics, and buying the girl fancy underthings or that perm she was dying for.
