Yesterday, I helped move a piece of furniture and did some cleaning. That's it. Today I hope for a full workout but we'll see.

A quick hop on the scale revealed another loss, bringing me closer to my goal and roughly 18 pounds sweated away. It's coming off slow but I hope that that means it will stay away this time.

I may or may not have something to do with that, though.
