I like morning walks because then no matter what happens the rest of the day I have done something positive for my own health. Good luck adding it to your routine, Dapper!
Today I took that early walk and will take another this evening. That's 'bout all I can fit in when visiting family, so am being extra careful not to splurge too much on meals this holiday (while still enjoying, in moderation, 'forbidden' items like lobster).
