I found a pretty good collection of informative links here: obamacarefacts.com

Within this there is an overview and set of checklists for what to have handy (paperwork) when going to the exchanges to begin looking. Health Insurance Exchange Guide

It also states "If you qualify for Medicaid, have insurance through work, are a large firm or are illegal or incarcerated you cannot use the exchanges to purchase health insurance (other limitations may apply)." This may help clear things up for some.

For those who actually want to tackle reading the complete bill (good luck), you can download the full text here.

I am just starting to put the pieces together for myself in the hopes of being able to buy health insurance after being shut out for the last couple of years. I am beginning to have a sinking feeling I may once again fall through technical cracks in the sidewalk, but will wait for a couple more pieces of information to be released before jumping to much further toward conclusions.
