"If you qualify for Medicaid, have insurance through work, are a large firm or are illegal or incarcerated you cannot use the exchanges to purchase health insurance (other limitations may apply)." This may help clear things up for some.

I am just starting to put the pieces together for myself in the hopes of being able to buy health insurance after being shut out for the last couple of years. I am beginning to have a sinking feeling I may once again fall through technical cracks in the sidewalk, but will wait for a couple more pieces of information to be released before jumping to much further toward conclusions.
