Does any of the above count.... I think not, but I did want to share. So really my question is why do we do that, when times get stressful why do we (or I should say some of us) eliminate the exercise when really it is exactly then when we need it most?

The same reason people choose to do things that they know will have a negative impact on their health, I suppose.
