Good question, I find myself in this situation right now. A major goal of mine is to really get fit, build muscle and lose weight. All I have managed to do lately when it comes to exercise is wander in the back yard aimlessly. In times of stress and difficulty, I think I have a tendency to curl up in a little ball when getting up and moving would be a lot better. I dunno.
I am down 30 pounds since early June, so I give myself credit for that. I mostly now eat meat, vegetables and eggs. It seems to work for me. So in terms of getting fit overall, building muscle and losing weight, I have been successful on one out of three. In baseball, that's a .333 batting average, so I will take it for now.
I have been posting in here to try to keep myself accountable. Some days it works, some days it doesn't. I will keep wandering until I can manage to get myself to do more. And I will keep eating my meat and veggies.
