8-10miles ride yesterday with a fellowship gal-friend

Probably about the same today with all the running around I've done, not least getting m'self to an F&E meeting in the middle of some estate, somewhere in South Blackpool.

After an evening dancing on Saturday too I iz one very tired Dak. A couple of real early nights should help.

Probably burnt off a sausage or two
