The other woman's job is getting more demanding and she is having evening meetings. On the days that she is able to go to the gym, she prefers the classes.

So, it is me on my eliptical at home while the dog hides cause he knows he is next (not really...well, kind of).

I have started using my Bowflex again, after many years of it just sitting there. I am really trying to do some upper body stuff.

Anyway, today was the usual 45 minute eliptical, 3.71 miles, 510 Gemme calories.

ETA: Gemme, it sounds like your body is telling you it needs a break. It really may be a good idea to take a day off. Then you will come back even stronger!
I'm so awesome, I have my own calories now. Woot!

I wager you are right so, for a couple of reasons, I'm sitting tonight out. Tomorrow morning will be my last workout before I leave for the Reunion. I might even go light on it. I'll see how it goes.

If the Marriott website is correct and up to date, then the fitness center is 24 hours for hotel guests. I was worried about the hours, so that makes me feel a ton better and a little less stressed about getting as much working out in as possible.

No, no, no. It's Dapper.

It's always Dapper.
