Lightbulb

The beginning of the school year is such a hairy time, and I am fried until I get into a rhythm. I know I'm not the only educator to feel that way. Pete has to get used to my return to work, and she has to live with my exhaustion and obsession with students and lesson planning, etc.

Still, I'm not giving up my exercise. I missed a few visits to the Y because I was sick, and I missed one visit because Pete was sick. It was gratifying to know that various ladies in Group Power wondered about me, and so did the teacher.

I got back to the gym a few times this week, and I was so glad. I'm so much more calm and even tempered when I exercise hard a few times a week. I even went to Zumba yesterday!

I need new sneakers and I want a HRM. This exercise habit is expensive.
