I have been getting to my usual stretch and Group Power classes during the week, and I hope to continue to get to Zumba on Saturdays.
I think I'll register for Deep Water Running on Sundays too.
I used to think I'd rather take two Zumba classes on the weekend, but it's so hard on my feet.
I think I need new sneakers but I feel like I've just been pouring out money, between needing workout wear and new clothes.
I added more weight to my usual lifting, and yesterday I wore a tank top, and I could really see the difference in my shoulders and arms.
I'm so proud of myself.
