Keep doing it. Small victories are the only way. Little by little it becomes a way of life. If you walk every day for 15 minutes after awhile you'll miss it if you don't do it. And the more you get your body involved it will tell you when you don't give it what it wants. You'll find yourself craving it.

I have never liked walking as an exercise but now I try to do it places I want to be or have a destination that excites me. That does help.

I'm not saying this is what is happening to you but I know for me if i'm a bit down sometimes it plays out that I feel really tired and it's an effort to do shit.
