I'm thinking an organic salad with allllllllll the fixings!
Dark, leafy greens, shredded carrots, celery, sprouts, mushrooms, red onion, copious amounts of chick peas, shredded radish, tomato, cucumber, croutons, red beans, a little bit of shredded cheese, red, green, orange, and yellow peppers, summer squash and zucchini, and perhaps some roasted eggplant resting atop it all!
...and drizzled with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette dressing, a side of crusty bread, and a club soda chaser with a twist of lime.
Ahhh, I can literally feel my body anticipating exactly how it will utilize the impending nutrition, lol.
