Not falling asleep during my two classes
A friend texting out of the blue asking how my first day of classes went
The news from appointment I didn't want to go to could have been worse
Putting my jacket in the backpack and taking out sunglasses for two days in a row
Thinking of the nap my body is demanding and the quiet evening with a friend I have planned
Smiling most of the day and the sun is still up
