Last night's dinner was a pot of beans and rice,then I fixed some yeast rolls while I was puttering around in the kitchen...must have been really good cause I dont have a bean left nor rice.

Tonight( monday) I am cooking a pork roast with apples and cranberries with a special seasonings I like to comoplement the roast.Wrap real tight with a coupla of layers of thick foil then bake at 325 till done.The side dishes will be a veggie with a salad of some sort.
