Sometimes I grill them to a crisp but when I get more into it this is how i fix em'...........

First I cut em open length wise. I cook the weiners in a pan with butter and diced onions, sauteing the onions, seasoning to flavor. Then just before the weiners are finished, I slip cheese into them, allowing time for the cheese to melt. Then, I remove them from the pan, butter a bun and toast it in the pan. Once finished, I put mayo, spicy mustard,hot sauce, and sauteed onions on the bun with the weiner.. yumm
