With the Brutal One out of the house for six weeks at a time, I have too much time on my hands. So I have started experimenting with new dishes.

Tonight I had grilled chicken breast with herb and pistachio pesto over garlic and oil olive couscous.

Lesson of the evening?? There is such a thing as too much pesto.
