You understand perfectly.
What are peds? Peds is a brand name for what is called a footlet. I don't know who would call them that or even why. It makes no sense. Footlet. Now that angers me a bit. I guess I'm not very peaceable myself. But seriously what is a footlet? Why would someone name something that. A socklet perhaps, but a footlet?

I agree. Adding the ending "let" to the end of a word suggests that it is somehow smaller or more diminutive. So, we're really dealing here with a little sock-type-thing not a little FOOT. Just thinking about a footlet gives me the creeps.

What the motherfucking FUCK? WHY did you do this? That is one of the most horrifying things ever. That is NOT a sock, and I feel sorry for whoever made that sign who thinks so. I would say it qualifies more as some kind of hideous slipper. My grandmother used to wear slippers like that.

Which is kind of weird (to call a slipper a beddie), because you don't where slippers IN the bed.
She also calls a vaccuum cleaner a sweeper. Which of course makes no sense.
She calls taking the dog out to pee, "watering the dog".
My mother has problems.

Now we know where you got your OCD tendencies with clothing. Your mother completely gave you a sense of complete disorder and confusion.
Today: bright pink fuzzy knee socks that have a green stripe at the top and a Hello Kitty face and hearts down the sides.
