I do not have any family really, but that will not stop me from cooking. I bought two 16 lb turkeys this week on sale for .59 a pound. I will roast both and then debone and can them in the pressure canner, so that I can nosh out on roasted turkey all year.
Not sure what I am going to do for Christmas just yet.
