NTS before laying down for the before work nap calculate the travel time for night bus, time to shower and dress, then set alarm 3 of them
NTS pack bag with everything needed and make your dinner before said nap
NTS start roast in slow cooker before leaving for work tonight
NTS do as planned and your first graveyard shift will go smoothly PACK lots of CAFFEINE
