It's 9:15 a.m. the sun is shining,the wind id blowing a bit,the outside water bowl is frozen solid, the temp is 18* fricken degrees.DAM! I hate this mess.Brrrrrrrrrrrrr!Hey this is in the south folks,I have not seen Louisiana this cold in I have no idea how long.
