For regular winter days, a good thick pair of socks can do it or two thinner pair.
I have not been to the institute of sock mental illness but then again, I've never gone to work in just one sock.

Wow, I could never remember all of this, even if I had flashcards.

My job here is to make all the other sock wearers look good.
(I sacrificed all sense of fashion for that dryer part. We almost fixed it. I did put the do hickies on backwards and/or upside down three times in a row (the pieces that hold the heating coils in place) but it wasn't my fault cuz I asked first. I tried every which way to hold the heating element up so my friend coud drill it in to the back of the dryer, but yeah finally had to assume the position on my hands and knees to hold it in place. It's a good thing I had those big blue fuzzy socks on because the basement is cold. Then my friend almost got electrocuted while I was telling a story. In the morning she went to finish up. After it was all done, she went to push the dryer back to the wall and heard a large pop.

The new dryer will be here on Thursday.)
I am wearing my favorite socks- gray wool with cushy lining. I love, love, love them. I have 2 pair.
