Interesting thread, I've enjoyed reading all your responses.

Personally, my name is the same as my little brothers new kitten. Because her fur was so soft and smooth, he decided to call her silkepus which translates to silk kitten from norwegian (silke= silk pus=kitten/cat )

I thought it was a cute name and I couldnt think of anything else so I just took it.
