Today is National Pie Day. In case you didn't know.
I'm teaching a cooking class featuring dinner pies, and hope to be eating some leftovers.
Which will include:
- Mushroom Pie with cornmeal crust
- Vegetarian Shepherds Pie with vegan gravy
- Cauliflower Pie with brown rice crust.
- Zucchini Pie with loads of basil and dill and no crust.
- Curried sweet potato pie with a pecan crust.
