Tonight, I'm making a recipe that D's aunt gave me (of course, it has no name

...

a small roast in the crockpot
covered with a jar of salsa
shred apart then add a can of black beans & a can of corn

You can either eat it as a stew or on warm tortillas like tacos. Yeah, we're going with the taco idea!
