I'm making my BFF his birthday dinner this evening:
Flank steak in a garlic, long grain mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon balsamic homemade marinade.
Risotto with arugula and prosciutto
Haricot vert
and a flourless chocolate torte with ganache and pomegranate seeds for dessert (not made by me, I'm not baker).
