Tonight I am doing chicken fajitas with onion, red and green peppers and home made guacamole. I'm going to try to make my own corn tortillas.(I can't seem to find corn tortillas here in Ontario.)

This could turn out brilliant OR be a disaster. *Laffin* ONLY is bringing some flour tortillas home from work so we have a back up plan.
