today i did cardio salsa.....amazing...ive climbed mountains and never felt my calves burn like that! its also good since it works your abs from an upright position...not everyone likes to do ab work while on their back.....
i also did an hour of yoga.....every time i do yoga i revel in how amazing it makes me feel.....its like stretching that makes you sweat.....
im getting in shape for spring hiking.....my favorite exercise of all....
