Strawberry-oatmeal smoothie
1/2 cup quick cook oats (uncooked)
1 cup frozen strawberries (or other berries)
2 cups (maybe a bit more) almond milk
1 tablespoon truvia or sugar
Put the uncooked oats into the blender and pulse until powdery
Add 2 cups almond milk (could use other milk)
Add half of the strawberries and the sweetner and blend at high speed
Add remaining berries and blend until smooth...may need a bit more milk
Pour into large glass and enjoy
