one moment, I choose to recognize and honor the Divinity inherent in myself and in all other human beings.
I will
not, therefore, [Please God give my rational brain the upper hand in the battle with my splintered ego!] debase myself or anyone else by succumbing to the seductive power of meting out a good, old-fashioned verbal evisceration.
No matter how heartbroken I am. And I
am literally heartbroken.
