This morning I had a pretty good breakfast. I had strapatsada which is basically olive oil and 1/2 can of diced tomatoes cooked down in the frying pan until most of the fluid is gone, then 2 beaten eggs added in and everything scrambled together. Had it with two slices of bread. Takes a bit of time to make, but it's one of my favourite breakfasts with great flavour that I like to have once in a while
