For sake of clarity, because of a certain retelling of oral history by particular members of my mother's family, I'd would really like to spend time visiting with a certain grandmother of mine, from 5 generations ago.
I want to know what her life was like, what kinds of things she endured - if she felt like talking about it.
Too, just to sit quietly with her and enjoy her company.
