Some days I feel more connected to myself and yesterday was one of those day. When I was running, something clicked, and I could feel the strike of each foot and the muscle reactions flow up my leg. I made micro-corrections in my gait and felt the change immediately. Even though I got up to 7.0, it didn't burn as much as usual. Even my breathing felt different.

I love days like that but it's not something I've been able to practice. It clicks on, it clicks off. I have no idea where or what the switch is.

I know how frustrating it can be to know what needs to be done and just not have the physical or mental motivation to actually get it going. I'm still trying to crawl out of that myself. I keep remembering that objects in motion tend to stay in motion. For some reason, physics laws help. lol

Good luck to you!

Google eyes, Jennifer?

Oy. My triceps and my glutes at the tippy tops of my thighs are achy breaky this morning. Good thing I only started with 10-15 minutes, eh?
