I know how out of shape I am, especially my core muscles. That's why I only did about 10, maybe 12 minutes worth and that was not totally abs. I did the glute machine as well because that's tucked in the corner next to the ab stuff. I only worked on two ab machines and did 3 sets of 10 during 3 exercises.

That's only......oh.



Maybe I should have started with 10-20 moves and then gradually moved up to 90.

No wonder it hurts! lol
