I haven't read this thread in a little while and everybody's dinners look so yummy!

In the crock pot right now I have chicken with salsa, peanut butter, lime juice, and ginger. Its a coworker's recipe and she calls it Thai chicken. I will serve it over rice.

I hope it will be as delicious as it sounds!
