We had an early Pesach (Passover) dinner and seder with my brother and his husband:
Savory Matzoh kugel (like stuffing, yum, a specialty of BB's that hy worked on all day)
Tzimmes (candied carrots)
Hillel Sandwiches (Matzoh on top and bottom with horseradish and Charoset in the middle, Charoset is a mix of apples, sweet wine, walnuts, cinnamon, and honey)
Matzah ball soup
Kedem grape juice
It was a nice night with lots of laughs, singing songs in Hebrew, and of course a lot of eating! We used a queer haggadah to read from for the seder.
