Every morning we wake up we have a chance to direct our day
~ Will I begin with gratitude for the new day
~ Will I take steps towards my goals and my initiatives
~ Will I seek inspiration and knowledge
~ Will I be accountable for where I am and where I can go

We think about the day and what we want to make of it we take action
When we follow the thought with action we have made progress
When we are aware of this progress we become grateful
