Made my Mom's favorite, pork chops fried and egg noodles that were added to the pan after chops came out, swished into pork tasting noodles and with peas.
Meanwhile, cooked up 2 gallons of home made pasta sauce and froze it in quart bags. Half for us, half for Tommi. Seems he REALLY likes it. Go figure. I grew up with it. Mom always added pepperoni to the sauce. YUMMERS.
